About Me

Over the past 20 years, I have dedicated my life to serving Christ in military communities—first as an active-duty Air Force Public Affairs Airman (2000-2006), and since then as a Cadence International Missionary and Hospitality House Director in Alaska, Germany, England, and now Knob Noster, Missouri.

In that time, I’ve had the privilege of pastoring, mentoring, and discipling hundreds of Airmen, Soldiers, and their families. Whether hosting weekly home-cooked dinners and Bible studies with my wife for young service members, preaching alongside military chaplains, or leading short-term mission trips all over the globe, my heartbeat has always been the same: to share the Gospel and my life with the military community (1 Thess. 2:8).

As a Licensed Minister with a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies (Liberty University) and a Master of Divinity in Evangelism & Missions (Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary), I’ve spent two decades helping men and women navigate deployment stress, loneliness, marriage struggles, moral injury, and questions of faith.

Currently, I am pursuing state licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC) so I can combine solid Biblical truth and wisdom with evidence-based therapy tools and continue walking alongside service members and veterans as they heal emotionally and grow spiritually.

My wife Elaine and our three children (Ada, Silas, and Tessa) share this calling. We love pursuing Christ with others while being full of laughter and food, and pursuing real conversations about Jesus. Whether on a military base, in a counseling office, or around our dinner table, my desire is simple: help people find transformation that only comes from Jesus, discover Biblical community, and find shelter within God’s will for their lives.
